Résumé
The circulation of acts and decisions depends on methods specific to international private law and its objectives. The interest of the thesis is to carry an evaluation on the effectiveness of the methods as applied today in international private law as for the circulation of the acts and the decisions in order to determine if the recourse to the methods employed answers, or not. , in the most efficient manner, to the objectives of the subject. This purpose therefore makes it possible to question the methods of international private law concerning the circulation of acts and decisions.
La circulation des actes et des décisions relève de méthodes propres au droit international privé et à ses objectifs. L'intérêt de lathèse est de porter une évaluation sur l'efficacité des méthodes telles qu'appliquées aujourd'hui en droit international privé quant à la circulation des actes et des décisions afin de déterminer si le recours aux méthodes employées répond, ou non, de la manière la plus efficiente, aux objectifs de la matière. Cette finalité permet donc de s'interroger sur les méthodes du droit international privé concernant la circulation des actes et des décisions.
