L'apprentissage du philosopher à l'école primaire. Analyse d'une expérience d'un atelier de CM2 sous l'éclairage de la pensée de Montaigne.

Abstract : We can not deny that the philosophical practices mobilize lots of teachers and researchers. To establish the legitimacy of these practices their connection with citizenship education has been studied. But, this connection concerns more the protocol used during the workshops than the proper philosophicité of the discussions. This is why we choose to treat the next question: what kind of citizenship education is promoted by this philosophicité of thinking to which we wish to introduce the children in the elementary school and which philosophical fundament this link - between learning to philosophize and citizenship education - allows us to bring to these philosophical practices? To answer this question, we found in Montaigne' Essays some thoughts which lead us to show that learning to philosophize is a tolerance education.
