SYSTEME D'AIDE A LA REGULATION ET EVALUATION DES TRANSPORTS MULTIMODAUX INTEGRANT LES CYBERCARS

Abstract : A new concept of urban mobility was born during the last decade resulting from an international consortuim with an aim of finding an alternative to the private cars for urban displacements. It is a question of Cybercars wchich are road vehicles with fully automated driving capabilities, used as a complement to mass transit . The framework of this thesis is the plan pluri-formation PPF:" coeur de ville".This PPF aims to treat the several problems relating to the developement of Cybercars in an urban context.
The objective of our research task is to provide a decision support system (DSS) to the regulators of multimodal transportation. It consists of helping them in the choice of the strategy of exploitation to adopt, in degraded mode, with the presence of simultaneous disturbances in the transportation network. This DSS is based on a phase of construction of the decisions which it would be possible to apply, followed by a phase of multicriteria evaluation of the various strategies by means of the Integral of Choquet, this phase will refine the choice suggested to the regulator considering the interactions between the criteria and gives them a targed interpretation of data.The originality of our work resides integrating the Cybercars as strategy of exploitation which is added to those related to other modes. The real-time aspect and the complexity of the regulation problem justify the choice of evolutionary algorithms to be adopted to realize some operation strategies under a significant number of disturbances. The several experimental scenarios prooved the idea to use Cybercars, not only for urban displacements but also to face disturbances of multomodal network system.
