Contributions à la conception et à la réalisation de dispositifs de filtrage absorptifs pour des systèmes antennaires

Abstract : In order to satisfy the increasing demand for versatility in communication systems, with the ability to point to mobile users, new filtering functions must be developed to meet the challenges of real-time bandwidth allocation and optimization of antenna systems having more and more radiating elements. The research work reported in this thesis addresses these issues by studying advanced band-pass filtering functions, with the ability to absorb power in the stopped bands, in order to limit the coupling between sources of a multi-channel antenna system, and to reconfigure the bandwidth allocation according to the user's needs. The work presented in this manuscript first proposes the design of an absorbing dual-band bandpass filter to reduce the coupling between sources of an antenna system. An experimental verification was carried out to validate the proposed concept. The rest of the work concerns the design of a filtering device with a variable frequency plan grouping together channels according to different configurations. Experimental verification was conducted with the fabrication of a prototype capable of running four different configurations. Finally, the two previous issues have been brought together for the study of a quasi-absorptive microwave filtering device with a variable frequency plan. This device whose concept has been proposed must simultaneously absorb the signal outside the passband and perform different passband configurations.
