Méthodes avancées pour l’identification, la commande et le diagnostic prédictif des systèmes complexes

Abstract : The work presented in this thesis can be separated into three distinctparts. The first one uses identification techniques to characterize the behavior ofthe system. This step is crucial and important because the more the model fits thereality, the more effective the control strategy and the diagnosis system are. Then,this manuscript tackles the design of robust and efficient controllers within theframework of industrial constraints. Taking into account the uncertainties due to differencesbetween the model and reality remains a challenge in an industrial context.Finally, the last part deals with the topic of fault diagnosis. This, guarantees thatthe plant runs in nominal operating conditions at all times. Data-driven techniquesor knowledge-based approaches can be used according to whether historical dataand/or a priori knowledge of the process is available.
