L'apprentissage de la dégustation du vin via une pédagogie eudémonique, les apports de la pleine conscience et de la méthode esthétique : des émotions au capital émotionnel

Abstract : If wine is now a heritage of French culture and wine tasting often described as a journey, is learning winetasting still reserved for initiates? Should tasting remain "expert" and what does this adjective cover: a standardization of the palate and the vocabulary of the taste buds? Is there no room for "expert and senses" learning? Our research attempts to understand the learning of its tasting from the angle of emotions in science and art, in full awareness of our senses mobilizing our emotional capital. Experimental approach, via a eudemonic pedagogy mobilizing the aesthetic method and mindfulness, this approach, beyond a geographical journey on a map of the territories and that of our senses, is by the development of its emotional capital, the alchemy of the arts and sciences, an inner journey participating in the Socratic “knowing thyself” of learners: a better knowledge of oneself and a better perception of others ‘emotions.
