Le design et les dynamiques de transformation de l’action publique

Abstract : This thesis aims to understand and read the changes in territorial systems. The research analyzes the dynamics of transformation of public action by examining the role, contribution and limits of design inside them. Structured according to the logic of the survey, different territorial contexts are studied within a general framework of qualitative analysis. The principal research field is a territorial project (AJIR) engaged with a global and integrated network of young and active people. Designed as an experimental project, it carries the ambition of transforming public action in the territory of the Ardèche. The second research field is a participant observation of a design lab at Université. He is studied for culture and approach of design in public action. Finally, the analysis is completed by 17 semi-structured interviews in collaboration with actors of the public action transformation in France and Quebec. The research is engaged in the experience of the projects and the demonstration followed this construction where the theory nourishes the field and conversely.
