La crise à l’épreuve de la clinique psychanalytique et du contemporain : approche d’un processus de réveil, au nom de l’Autre

Abstract : The crisis continues to put the clinic practice to the test. and points out the paradoxes of contemporary practices centred on the logic of the answer without question. Usually conceived as inseparable from chaos, reduced to a "what is wrong" which concerns the teams as much as the patient themselves, meaning crisis, which has existed since Hippocrates, has lost its meaning. It is true that the emergence of a process of crisis confronts us with the impossible as well as the unbearable, making its outlines blurred. This is so because this impossible reminds us that an experience of crisis is intimately linked to the emergence of a Real. The crisis, by the surprise it provokes, and by the "taken-by" that it stalls it, does not articulate anything other than this question of the singular and the universal, recalling that the answer is above all devoted to the symptom when the question is what remains of the one who can talk about it. This is why clinical practice, in part our own clinic, has come to give the crisis its full substance, inviting us to venture to the limits of the unspeakable overcoming, to embrace the transforming movement that emerges in this moment of vacillation We have studied the other side of the experience of crisis, in the light of the dream processes, in order to access the stressful charge that underlies every experience of crisis, referring to the one at work in the dream that provokes awakening, thus placing us beneath the normal and pathological distinction. Initially, we started with the modes of writing and reading of a process of crisis, and arrived at the treatment accorded to it, with a disengagement of the forms of jouissances, always singular, modulating the modalities of the manifestation of the crisis, but not its nature. It is therefore on the basis of these observations and with the psychoanalytical elucidation of the nature of the crisis that we conceive of the stakes that the reception and treatment of the crisis can take on, to accompany the subject in this journey and offer the possibility that it may be fruitful, in close congruence with what clinical practice, today, persists in wanting to say...
