CONCEPTION ET ANALYSE DU FONCTIONNEMENT D’UN DISPOSITIF DE FORMATION INITIALE D’ENSEIGNANTS DE PHYSIQUE - CHIMIE UTILISANT DES SAVOIRS ISSUS DE LA RECHERCHE EN DIDACTIQUE : UN MODELE D’ACTIVITE ET DES CADRES D’ANALYSE DES INTERACTIONS EN CLASSE

Abstract : If we assume that the transformation of practices requires their objectification, didactic research can provide tools for analysing classroom practices. The adoption of a triple point of view: epistemological (knowledge is constructed, must be validated and shared by the community at a given moment); psychological (socio-constructivist theory on learning); on communication (meanings are constructed during interactions) leads to reconsider the role of the teacher. The teacher then becomes a tutor and/or mediator. As these roles appear to be new, it is necessary to offer training to teachers, particularly in initial training. The purpose of the research we conducted was to design, implement and evaluate a training system that would develop skills in helping students construct their knowledge for IUFM trainee teachers. The device is based on the analysis of external and internal corpora of the teachers in training, from frameworks of analysis of educational interactions proposed by the trainer, and on the appropriation of a model of activity. The analysis is organised around three axes: a study of the appropriation of the problem-solving activity model proposed to the trainees and its implementation during a class sequence; a study of the analysis of the objectivation tools constructed by the trainees from the analysis frameworks proposed by the trainer; a study of the articulation between the two previous parts: return on the activity model after using the suggested analysis frameworks. This research work makes it possible to identify the difficulties and successes encountered by the trainees and to propose a model for supporting teachers in training to help them become aware of, describe and discuss their practices in order to help them evolve towards more interactive practices.
