Multilinguisme et enseignement / apprentissage des langues en Pays dogon (Mali)

Abstract : The problem of languages teaching-learning in general and that of French in multilingual context is the object of intense investigations for some decades. The definite case of the Country Dogon (geographical and cultural aerie extremly dialectalized and where coexist several african and indo-european languages) is not widely studied. This research plan studies the sociolinguistic dynamics of the dogon country (located in the centre-east of Mali) with the aim of to improve the process of acquisition (teaching / learning) of languages as part of integrated (socio)didactics african languages /French language (second language and of schooling in Mali). What notably implicates the question of the language policy and the management of languages.
