Psychopathologie du traumatisme psychique et enjeux cliniques entre répétition, perversion et sublimation

Abstract : The traumatic question is doubtless one of the most complex and most enigmatic notions of the psychoanalysis. It holds of the proximity that it exists between links intrapsychiques of the subject and the outside world, the stakes in repetition, break and loss, dynamics of protection of the psyche and power of burglary. An elective way of exitof the trauma would be the sublimation? However, it would be also simple? The field of investigation of the trauma knew for these last decades the considerable theoretical and technical advances. At the same time, in the light of our civilization, in particular in the western world, it seems relevant to revisit this notion, its coverage and to specify the various forms that dress the psychic suffering in connection with the destructiveness of the subject compared to stakes which can oscillate between repetition, perversion and sublimation.
