, Concernant les carbonates, on retrouve très clairement la signature spectrale de l'hydromagnésite dans les biofilms de l'aquarium 1 issue du Nord du lac d'Alchichica (Fig. 15)

, En effet, l'hydromagnésite a été caractérisée à l'aide de la bande d'absorption située à, pp.595-596

, une bande à 795 cm -1 et deux bandes situées à 856 et 886 cm -1 correspondant au mode de flexion hors-plan du groupe carbonate (?2CO3) (Farmer, 1974) (Fig. 15), correspondant à la vibration Mg-O (à ne pas confondre avec celles des Mg-O octaédriques des silicates de magnésium à 530-540 cm -1 ), vol.3515, pp.3658-3659

, De l'aragonite a été détectée dans les aquariums 1, 2, 3 et 4 sur la base de pics situés à 700 et 713 cm -1 (flexion dans le plan, ?4CO3) et à 843 et 855 cm -1 (flexion hors plan, ?2CO3) (Carteret et al., 2013) (Fig. 15), Des étirements symétriques et asymétriques des carbonates dans Chapitre III __________________________________________ 175

. Carteret, aragonite ont été observés à 1084 (?1CO3) et 1484 cm -1 (?3CO3) respectivement, 2013.

Wong, Toujours concernant les protéines, on peut distinguer une bande d'absorption à environ 1540 cm -1 indexée comme des vibrations de déformation N-H des amides, généralement appelé la bande amide II, comme il s'agit de biofilms de très nombreuses bandes d'absorption ont été associées à la présence de matière organique dans tous les spectres IR (Fig. 15). En effet, dans l'ordre on peut trouver dans la région de 900 à 1200 cm -1 des bandes d'absorption associées aux vibrations C-O-C des polysaccharides qui sont généralement cachées par la présence des silicates, 1991.

Kansiz, Puis, dans la même région de la vibration de flexion de l'eau à 1650 cm -1 , on retrouve également l'étirement C=O des amides I des protéines (Giordano et al, 2001) et les étirements C=C des composés oléfiniques et aromatiques qui peuvent contribuer à cette bande (Kansiz et al., 1999) (Fig. 15). D'autre part, à 1739 cm -1 on trouve les étirements C=O des fonctions ester provenant principalement des lipides et des acides gras (Giordano et al, 2001) (Fig. 15). Enfin, à 2852, 2929 et 2959 cm -1 nous détectons les étirements symétriques C-H des groupements méthylènes, Cette bande peut également contenir des contributions des segments C=N, 1999.
