, Dans cette section, deux politiques (ou heuristiques) d'affectation des lots aux OHBs sont proposées. Dans un premier temps, nous évaluons l'heuristique d'affectation aléatoire décrite dans la phase de conception initiale. Ensuite, une heuristique d'affectation intelligente

, Heuristique d'affectation aléatoire : elle a été considérée précédemment dans la détermination du nombre d'OHBs. L'analyse des résultats a montré l'efficacité de cette politique simple quand un nombre suffisant d'OHBs

, Quand il s'agit d'un lot planifié sur l'équipement (EqptY), il est automatiquement affecté à un OHB disponible du groupe (E1 OHB ). Sinon, le lot est affecté à groupe alternatif d'OHBs (E1 OHB?Alter ) dans le cas où tous les OHBs du groupe (E1 OHB ) sont occupés. , Le processus de fabrication de semi-conducteurs est l'un des plus complexes au monde

, La compétitivité accrue du marché en font une industrie qui est sans cesse en train de chercher à s'améliorer (en termes de processus de production, de savoir-faire, d'infrastructures, de coûts . . . ) pour d'abord continuer à exister et être compétitives. En particulier, dans le cas des unités de fabrication de l'ancienne génération (legacy), une modernisation est souvent nécessaire afin de réduire les coûts de production et améliorer la productivité. Plusieurs pistes sont ainsi explorées comme par exemple l'optimisation de l'ordonnancement

C. Dans-ce, Nous nous sommes intéressés en particulier à l'automatisation des opérations de manutention des produits dans l'unité de fabrication. Ce projet représente un enjeu financier majeur pour l'avenir de l'entreprise étant donné un environnement de production caractérisé par un faible volume de production, les travaux de cette thèse réalisés dans le cadre d'une convention CIFRE

, Néanmoins, le risque d'erreur et d'échec est élevé vu le challenge technique dans l'intégration d'un AMHS dans une ancienne wafer fab qui n'a pas été conçue à l'origine pour recevoir un tel système automatisé. Ainsi, cette thèse a pour ambition d'offrir un support méthodologique pour ce projet afin d'éviter les erreurs qui peuvent avoir un grand impact à moyen-long et même à court termes, L'intégration d'un système de manutention automatisé pourrait donner plus de flexibilité et souplesse au processus de production très instable

, Ce rapport de thèse commence par une mise en contexte de la spécificité du processus de fabrication de semi-conducteurs ainsi que par une description détaillée des problématiques à traiter. Ensuite, sur la base d'une revue de la littérature, nous avons constaté le nombre limité des travaux de recherche qui ont abordé des problématiques similaires dans les unités de fabrication de semi-conducteurs. Cela nous a permis de positionner nos travaux et de montrer nos contributions scientifiques
