Mesure et modélisation des contraintes résiduelles en projection thermique : Etude de l’influence du sablage, de la température et de la cinématique

Abstract : Athmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS) process from plasma stream study to deposit formation and particules spreading is nowadays well known process. Litterature studies allows knowledge over spraying conditions requiered to achieve a well bonded deposit with controlled homogeneity and density. However, these knowledge are not able to totally understand delamination or self damaging phenomena occuring sometimes into the systems created. In order to explain such phenomena, residual stresses study (i.e. thermal and mecanical deposit history) has to be carried. This PhD work aims to bring answers on this subject following three main axis of research : Offer a bibliographical state of the art of this problematic,Create a grit blasting process numerical model,Perform an experimental study of the stress development during thermal plasma spraying.
