, Ce contrôle est hybride en ce sens que l'architecture est composée de deux niveaux (global avec "contrôle hiérarchique" et local avec "un pilotage coopératif"). L'objectif est double: optimiser la performance globale du processus "opérationnel" et augmenter sa réactivité aux perturbations, Propose un modèle d'architecture fondée sur l'hybridation du contrôle permettant de gérer l'intégralité du processus du bloc opératoire de chirurgies

, Ce modèle nous permet non seulement d'avoir une certaine systématisation de plusieurs pratiques dans l'enchainement des étapes (architecture hybride de contrôle) du processus du bloc opératoire mais aussi une meilleure coordination entre les étapes avec une prise en compte des préférences des chirurgiens. Le modèle est mis en oeuvre pour formaliser les modules de base du système de gestion à savoir : le block scheduling, la planification statique, la planification dynamique, l'affectation des urgences, Propose un système multi-agents pour le contrôle et la gestion d'un ensemble distribué de salles d'opération constituant le bloc opératoire des chirurgies
