, U RBAN subsidence is a major hazard affecting our society [1]-[3]. In Vietnam, risk of subsidence has become increasingly frequent, particularly, in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. Planning responses to ground subsidence requires knowledge about its spatial extent and how it has changed over time
