, Une utilisation différente de ces phénomènes instationnaires est imaginée, dans ce projet, dans le but de concevoir un récupérateur d'énergie oscillant exploitant le potentielénergétique de ces interactions instationnaires. Le principe de ce concept revientà convertir l'énergie (cinétique et hydrodynamique) associée aux mouvements d'oscillations instables de sorteà conserver une dynamique d'oscillations auto-entretenue par l'action de l'écoulement. Un montage d'aile oscillante, dans un mouvement de balancier, est spécialement développé afin de dimensionner le couplage hydro-élastique qui assure l'autonomie et la périodicité des oscillations du récupérateur d'énergie. L'idée du concept est alors d'utiliser la passivité d'un système immergé face aux sollicitations du fluide pour alimenter le mouvement de l'oscillateur et capturer uneénergieà extraire. Cette configuration permet de s'affranchir des pertes d'énergie des concepts usuels (semi-passifs) d'hydrolienne oscillante dont une partie de l'énergie est affectéeà l'alimentation de servomoteurs utilisés pour contrôler activement la dynamique de l'oscillateur, Synthèse L'interaction fluide-structure caractérise plusieurs catégories de mouvements induits par les efforts du fluide sur une structure souple ou articulée. Ce comportement est majoritairement connu par le phénomène de flottement qui est très redouté en aéronautique pour les dommages endurés aux structures portantes de l'avion
