nous nous sommes intéressés en premier lieu à la caractérisation de la fenêtre de mesure (Field of View FOV ) ainsi que ses dimensions. Des indicateurs de qualité tels que le bruit et la justesse puis les erreurs de changement d'orientation ,
, Le capteur à contact est un palpeur à déclenchement T P 2. La qualification de la performance du palpeur s'effectue par évaluation de la répétabilité de mesure dans les différentes directions de déclenchement
1 Caractérisation de la fenêtre de mesure F OV du capteur laser-plan ,
, Le but de cette section est de déterminer les dimensions de la F OV , puis de caractériser l'anisotropie de la fenêtre de mesure qui est généralement due à l'anisotropie des caméras CCD (Charge Coupled Device)
