D. , D'une part entre les doctorants où notre objectif commun nous amène à nous entraider régulièrement. D'autre part avec les chercheurs du même laboratoire ou de laboratoires partenaires. C'est notamment au cours des missions en mer que le travail en équipe et l'entente cordiale se font sentir. Mon doctorat m'a ainsi éclairé sur mon goût très prononcé de travailler en équipe

, Durant ces trois années, mon sens de l'organisation et ma persévérance ont été mis à contribution que ce soit pour les missions de terrain ou la Nuit des Chercheurs. Afin de mener au mieux l'ensemble de ces projets, j'ai appris à planifier, à diriger et à prendre des décisions souvent dans l'urgence, me faisant découvrir par la même occasion ma bonne

, Ces comités s'apparentent à des réunions avec des décideurs et/ ou financeurs comme il est possible d'en avoir dans le privé, Savoir organiser et mener les discussions au cours de ces comités m'ont permis d'appréhender au mieux les entretiens d'embauche et les réunions face à des décideurs

, En effet, la réalisation d'un inventaire personnel et professionnel au cours de ce NCT a été une étape importante pour mon avenir professionnel. Je me suis intéressé notamment à l'image que je véhicule, mes points forts et mes points faibles lors de mon travail, L'exercice du NCT a également été un atout important dans ce même domaine

, La vulgarisation passe notamment par la participation aux congrès où l'on se doit de présenter le plus clairement possible l'ensemble de nos résultats mais également par mon activité complémentaire d'enseignement qui m'a permis de m'initier à la vulgarisation afin de transmettre au mieux mes connaissances à des étudiants. L'organisation et la participation à la Nuit des Chercheurs m'a obligé également à vulgariser afin de présenter les travaux du laboratoire à un public très large et souvent non spécialiste. Il est ainsi nécessaire d'apprendre à expliquer son sujet de thèse, la vulgarisation de mes travaux et de mes connaissances s'est avérée fondamentale
