G. Martinez, P. Chaste, M. Moualla, M. Levy-rueff, M. et al., The Ritvo Autism and Asperger Diagnostic Scale Revised (RAADS-R) is an 80-items self-report questionnaire for adults; presence of symptoms in childhood can be specified. A self-rated tool to screen for early history of autistic symptoms and others developmental deviations in adults is lacking. Here, we introduce the Developmental Disorder Screening Questionnaire (DDSQ) that has been developed in two versions: self-administrated or filled out by the parents, 1999.

C. , S. , and S. A. Hospital, The data were extracted from the PsyDEV study (Familial and genetic study of developmental features in psychiatric disorder, promoted by Inserm), a data collection concerning developmental features in psychiatric disorders or from AUSZ (AutismSchizophrenia Continuum: research of clinical, biological and neuroimaging phenotypic markers, promoted by Sainte-Anne Hospital). For the current study, we selected participants aged between 16-30 years old with available DDSQ and/or Autism Diagnosis Interview (ADI-R) (Lord et al., 1994). Mean age and sex ratio were comparable in both samples. In the ASD subgroup, ADI-R was available for all subjects; 44 self-administrated DDSQ version (DDSQs) and 36 parents version (DDSQp) were available (for 31 subjects, both versions were completed), MATERIAL AND METHODS 2.1. PARTICIPANTS AND EVALUATION The total sample consisted in 128 subjects including 62 patients with SCZ (DSM-IV criteria) and 66 with ASD (HFA or Asperger syndrome)

, All subjects were examined with the Diagnostic Interview for Genetic Studies (DIGS 3.0, Nurnberger, 1994.
