, ARISA-PCR was performed with primers targeting the archaeal 16S-23S intergenic spacer region (Table 1). PCR conditions were as follows: denaturation at 95 1C for 30 s, annealing at 55 1C for 30 s and extension for 1 min 20 s at 72 1C for 35 cycles, followed by a final extension step at 72 1C for 15 min. A l'époque, nous étions dans les algecos (là où je finirais plus tard ma thèse et où je suis en train d'écrire ces quelques lignes? déjà une page?impressionnant !) avec Mathieu. Il y avait aussi notre voisine, Cyrielle, qui travaillait également sur Rimicaris. Merci pour ta sympathie. Et puis de temps en temps, Benjamin nous rejoignait dans notre bureau (Ca te dérange pas si je te pique ton ordi ? ?Euh bah non, fait comme chez toi?)

, qui a commencé sa thèse sous la neige de Bretagne ! Sans te connaître tu auras un peu changé ma vie (oui enfin aider à changer, te sens pas non plus responsable de tout hein !!). Merci pour ton sourire, ton excellente humeur (décidemment tout le monde est d'excellent humeur dans ce labo !), les poses café-terrasse, et les joggings du mercredi midi (bon une fois, ça compte quand même non ?). Gardes courage pour la rédaction, t'en verras bientôt le bout (ou pas !) ! J'en profite pour remercier également Sophie pour sa joie de vivre et Christophe pour sa sympathie ! Il y a aussi eu Marie P., qui est arrivée en stage sur BIG et qui n'arrêtait pas de poser des questions improbables auxquelles on ne sait pas répondre (et les bactéries que tu as dans les sédiments, elles consomment quoi exactement ??euh?). Merci pour ta bonne humeur, ton intérêt pour la science et j'espère qu'on pourra travailler ensemble sur nos perspectives BIG d'ici peu ! Nous voilà maintenant arrivés à la deuxième campagne.
