Extension des modèles d'ingénierie système a l'analyse du domaine de travail

Abstract : This thesis addresses the problem of designing complex systems by proposing an approach integrating, as soon as possible, the integration of human factors discipline into system engineering problematics. To do this, we propose to approach the complex systems designing activity through models, which can come from both systems engineering and human factors disciplines. This approach has the advantages of not only being able to be conducted early in the system engineering lifecycle, but also facilitate the exploration of solutions without necessarily going through experimentation processes. We focus on integrating the work domain analysis, the first step of the Cognitive Work Analysis framework, into system engineering designing methods. By its independence of situation and actors, we demonstrate that the work domain analysis is a relevant and original approach for system engineering, especially in the early stages of the design lifecycle. This approach integrates into the user-centered design iterative approach, and in this sense, it improves the consideration of the Human-System Integration approach. The relevance of our approach is justified by experimentations and it is validated by two applications on concrete study cases of air transport system.
