Dynamics of birational transformations of hyperkähler manifolds : invariant foliations and fibrations

Abstract : This thesis lies at the interface between algebraic geometry and dynamical systems. The goal is to analyse the dynamical behaviour of automorphisms (or, more generally, of birational transformations) of compact Kaehler manifolds having trivial first Chern class, in particular of hyperkaehler manifolds. I study the existence of geometric structures which are preserved by the dynamics, in particular fibrations and foliations, under some assumptions about the cohomological action of the transformation
