Abstract : The purpose of this document is to present a summary of the work carried out since myrecruitment. In the rst part, I present results obtained on the global existence of weak solutions for crossdiusion systems having an entropy structure. The second part is devoted to the asymptotic behavior ofKeller-Segel equations involved in modeling the polarization of yeasts. The third part deals with renewalequations with autosimilar asymptotic behavior. I conclude my work on chronic myeloid leukemia incollaboration with clinicians with a particular interest in the role of the immune system in the responseto treatments.
