Modélisation et Analyse du comportement d'un Bâtiment équipé d'un Système Multi Sources d'énergie

Abstract : The studied problem is the management of a multi-energy systems dedicated to buildings and their loads in urban areas. The energy can be supplied by photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, solar thermal collectors and can be stored in batteries. Such systems requires a good strategy for monitoring, control and eective management. This needs a good strategy which is based on ecient systems modeling and analysis. In a rst step we develop a reliable model of a building composed by three rooms and various domestic loads such as washing machine, freezer, refrigerator and some electrical power demands. In order to develop optimized solutions for multiple sources used in urban areas, we develop a realtime simulation model of an example of a realistic system. Thus, the denition of analytical tools to study the problem of energy management allows to reduce primary energy consumption and lower the production of greenhouse gases while covering the energy needs answering demand. After a short state of the art, the building energy requirement and loads, are studied and a real time simulation model is developed in chapter two. In the third chapter, the building is connected to a multiple sources system to produce the required energy. Then a proposed controller is applied for energy management. Chapter 4 is dedicated to improve the Maximum Power Point Tracking for the PV generator, exploiting techniques of Variable Structure Systems for observation and control. Energy production is coupled, for domestic uses, to battery storage (for short and long durations). These same VSAS technique is then used in Chapter 5, for observation, estimation, prediction and management of stored energy.
