Stratégies numériques pour la modélisation des procédés de fabrication

Abstract : Modeling of manufacturing processes has been deeply studied and computational methods and softwares are now able to deal with difficult scientific problems coming from complex industrial issues. However research teams are still very active in this domain and my research works aim at improving CPU time resulting from increasing size of the models and complexity of phenomena linked with coupled multiphysics events. My research work are organised over four main points: Development of explicit numerical formulations for linear tetrahedron elements, decrease of CPU time for solving big linear systems, computational approaches to deal with multidomain problems and finally multiphysics coupling in forming processes.
