Les insertions lyriques dans les romans en vers du XIIIe siècle

Abstract : In the 13th century appeared a new type of French novel interspersed with lyric insertions. Reading reduces the heterogeneity of these hybrid novels in three ways. 1. Interpretation. The role of the reader is to build isotopies from the insertions in the text. These isotopies belong to two categories : thematics and dialectics. 2. Interpretant. Various indices in the target text make the relations between statements significant and influence the interpretative process. Modelisation reveals the interpretative tension between an immanence, linked to the building of isotopies by the reader (interpretation) and a manifestation, linked to the connection indices present in the text (interpretant). 3. Premises and rhythms. Reducing heterogeneity is also achieved through the anticipation of insertion. The appreciation of the lyric content depends first and foremost on generic dictates that allow the insertion to be correlated to an appropriate narrative configuration. The relation between this target configuration and the poem forms the underlying structure of a meaning related to a semiotics of the event. Another element enabling the reader to anticipate the insertion "intuitively" has to do with the periodicity of textual contents (tactic interpretation). The aim of this work is to offer a technical exploration of lyric insertions by using three tools of textual analysis : semantics, semiotics and information technology.
