LES FACTEURS DE LA FAIBLE MOTIVATION ET LEURS EFFETS SUR L'APPRENTISSAGE. Cas des élèves de l'Ecole Normale Primaire (ENP/TTC) au Rwanda

Abstract : This study is focused on the factors of the low motivation and their effects on the learning of TTC Students. The bad socioeconomic and professional conditions of primary teachers are the origin of the low motivation of TTC Students. These factors have the negative effects on the learning of TTC Students such as: absenteeism, refuse of cognitive engagement, discouragement, lack of hope on the future, lack of school performance, inability of projects realization, bad atmosphere in classroom, disruption of pedagogical ideas, the regression, the behaviors change, the bad relationship between student and teacher, school failure, drop out or school reorientation. These effects of low motivation are the origin of the bad professional teaching appreciation. Everywhere that the variables "salary and opportunities access" are in touch with the socioeconomics and professionals conditions that shall be the elements of extrinsic motivation, they have an impact for integration and improvement of primary teachers motivation and TTC students motivation. The satisfaction of socioeconomics and professionals conditions and equity of the lucks are the good strategies for to avoid the low motivation of teachers.
