Pygmées Baka et voisins dans la tourmente des politiques environnementales en Afrique centrale

Abstract : The Congo Basin forest' territory is no more today the unique territory of the ancestral' forests indigenous peoples. Those populations have to share the forest area with a multitude of other actors: loggers, safari companies, biodiversity conservation NGOs, indigenous people advocacy NGOs... If forest representations are antagonist, all those actors have to manage together resources and territories of a forest become plural under the summons of international bodies and new global agenda. This work depicted this forest in the complexity of its components and its dynamic changes. It highlights how new forms of governance imposed, despite their normativity, hybridize with local forms of governance and produces unexpected results.
