Abstract : The aim of this thesis is to improve lung cancer treatment by radiotherapy or hadrontherapy. We focus on simulating lung's patient motions and deformations.We define initial and boundary conditions thanks to medical collaborations to obtain a biomechanical model following the continuous mechanics laws and patient's customised. The mechanical computing is achieved on a lung fixed at the mediastinum. We apply a homogeneous negative pressure around the lung taking into account large deformations. We add a stress to handle contact on lung surface allowing sliding to reproduce organs real behaviour and more precisely the pleura functionnality. Besides, we study the convertion of the data predicted by the model into 4D CT scan images to prepare the dosimetry stage.
