Cette fois-ci, en passant des facteurs de la sous-zone CEMAC aux facteurs communs de la zone CFA, l'EQMP diminue de 68%, 53% et 71% respectivement pour Panel 1, Panel 2 et Panel 3 Et en plus on peut remarquer qu'avec le modèle FHLR, la moyenne des EQMP des pays de la CEMAC obtenue sur la base des facteurs de l'ensemble de la zone CFA reste très proche de celle concernant les pays de l'UEMOA. Autrement dit, avec le modèle de prévision FHLR, l'importante incidence des eets idiosyncratiques enregistrés dans la sous zone CEMAC est mieux contrôlée, cours de ces dernières années.
