Capteurs sans fils passifs à transduction électromagnétique : A la frontière entre le monde des capteurs et les MEMS RF

Abstract : My research works are placed in the general framework of the new microsystems development for various applications. The general scientific progression that I try to apply to all my activities can be described by four phases whose duration varies depending on the topic, the allocated resources and the environment: Validation of new concepts, optimization of devices in connection with specifications, reliability study, industrial transfer. The first three phases implement cycles of work that can be classified into three categories: Design / Simulation, Fabrication, Characterization / Modeling. For each phase, a more or less important cycles is necessary to arrive at an acceptable model of the device that corresponds to a correct understanding of its operation. It is this approach that has led me to gradually work on three scientific topics: pressure sensors that are in the phase of industrial transfer, MEMS RF that are in the reliability study phase and wireless passive sensors with electromagnetic transduction that remain largely in the concepts validation phase.
