Modélisation et Optimisation de la Connectique des Structures d'Electronique de Puissance

Abstract : This document helps to design connections in Power Electron!~ devices. A device's optimisation method has been developed. The tirst part presents a cabling analytic modelling method : the PEEC method calculates an equivalent electric circuit of each connection type. This method, cou pied with an accu rate electrical circuit analysis, allows a circuit-solver-free study. In the same time, an electrodynamic modelling of the device has been developed. ln the second part, a deterministic optimisation method has been performed on the devices. This needed the development of a sensibility analysis program adapted to our PEEC method. The obtained results are satisfying whether the initial solution is not too far from the optimum. In the other case, a new method has been developed which consists in coupling a deterministic algorithm with a stochastic algorithm. The stochastic algorithm localises the global optimum area, and the more accu rate research is done with the deterministic algorithm. The tirst results are encouraging. The developed techniques have been validated tirstly on the 20 modelling of an industrial bus bar. Then, the optimisation of the parasitic inductance of a buck converter has been performed and the current repartition between two switches has been optimised.
