Ben, Université d'Entreprise, je vais vous le lire comme ça on aura, donc en fait l'origine du projet c'est effectivement les nombreuses mutations qu'a connu ces dernières années le groupe, la diversification des activités et des métiers, les forts recrutements de collaborateurs, la réorganisation juridique, la filialisation, euh, donc tout ça a, a amené la direction à souhaiter consolider notre culture d'entreprise, mais également renforcer les liens et développer la coopération puisqu'effectivement le morcellement comme ça euh, de l'entreprise, les nouveaux arrivants, c'est vrai qu'à la X, y'a une culture d'entreprise qui est très très forte, euh. Y'a eu quand même ces cinq dernières années un, un, une hausse très très forte du nombre de recrutement puisqu'on est passé de 3500 à 5000 et, euh, donc, euh, voilà effectivement également la diversification des activités et des métiers, euh, ont fait qu'à un moment donné y'a eu le besoin de, de dire on, de consolider l'ensemble quoi. Euh, y'a eu un constat également qui a été fait, le deuxième constat c'était que, euh, lorsqu'on, y'avait des postes à pourvoir, euh, ou même au niveau de la Direction, on a fait le constat qu'on n'avait pas les ressources pour pourvoir à, les postes qui étaient libres. Donc c'était également un besoin, y'avait un défaut de compétences managériales que nous n'avions pas dans l'entreprise pour nous permettre, chez nous on a une culture de la mobilité interne qui est très très forte, on un système de bourse à l'emploi, je ne sais pas si vous le savez, donc, euh voilà, donc l'origine c'était ça
