CONTRIBUTION A LA CONNAISSANCE ET A LA MODELISATION DES PARAMETRES INFLUANT SUR LA CAPABILITE DES PROCEDES DE MESURE TRIDIMENSIONNELS

Abstract : Three dimensional measuring devices machine have come into general use in big firms and among subcontractors. But the enforcement of ISO 9000 standards along with the capability calculations which derive from them require a thorough knowledge of uncertainty measurements. In the field of measuring machines, global uncertainty and the standards used are indicated. At present, uncertainty measurements in regard to these different machines are given in yhe following form: A+bL .A representing an uncertainty on the accuracy and bL a position uncertainty in relation to the length. The geometry and the environment of these machines being currently taken into account by application (computer) programs, there remains a great number of unknown parameters connected to the sensor :length, diameter, speed, as well as the type and number of points of the measured element.Our objective is to present a method permitting to obtain quickly the uncertainty measurement and the index of capability in keeping with the operator's selected criteria; and thus, to rapidly get an index of capability closer to reality. The second chapter examines the history of measurement and the importance of metrology regarding the enforcement of ISO 9000 standards. The third chapter deals with a presentation of the equipment. The four chapter, which is the lost important one, presents the statistical methods which are used and the analysis of the various parameters which are studied. It allows us, trough a systematic analysis of the results obtained, to validate the various parameters studied and to draw up the summary table enabling us to instantaneously get the index of capability. In chapter five, after carrying out the measurement of a test part, we consider modifying the current application (computer) programs in order to take these calculations into account.The various standards, calibration certificates, results of the test part, and specific programs worked out are given in the appendices.
