Nouveaux ligands multidentés pour la catalyse homogène. Application à la réaction de couplage aryle-aryle de type Suzuki-Myaura

Abstract : We have carried out the synthesis of new piperidinyl "phosphine-free" ligands for the complexation of transition metals and the application in C-C bond formations. We have created a large diversity of ligands to study the parameters influencing their catalytic performance. The using of the Palladium derivative complexes in different reactions of homogeneous catalysis lead us to focus on the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. Through a screening of the complexes, we determinated the most performant ligands and an exemplification with a large number of substrats has shown their great efficienty. The Suzuki-Miyaura reaction conditions have also been optimized to explore their using in line with "green chemistry" considerations. From these results, we have prepared, 2nd generation ligands, easily prepared and as efficient in Suzuki-Miyaura coupling and 3rd generation ligands (bis-piperidynil structure), able to have new applications particulary for "Cu-catalysed" reactions.
