Caractérisations physiologique et moléculaire des transporteurs de sucres et de polyols des cellules laticifères chez "Hevea brasiliensis", en relation avec la production de latex

Abstract : Hevea is a tree that is of great interest worldwide. It is the only source of natural rubber commercially exploited. The growing demand for raw materials has led to the initiation of extensive research aimed at increasing the production of latex. Of rubber biosynthesis from sucrose occurs in the cytoplasm (latex) cells laticifers, heterotrophic and devoid of plasmodesmata cells, laticifers equipment would have a membrane transporters specific assets to meet their important photoassimilates. However, the role of these transporters in cell physiology laticifers has never been elucidated. This work provides the first molecular study of co-transport H + / H + and soluble sugar / polyol (quebrachitol) laticifers within cells, in relation aves latex production. This work led to the identification of the first co-sortment sucrose hexoses and polyols in rubber. Trasporteurs ten genes were cloned into the lactiferous cells: putative sucrose transporters 7 (HbSUT1A, HbSUT B HbSUT2A, HbSUT2B, HbSUT2C, HbSUT4, HbSUT5), one putative hexose transporter (HbHXT1) and two putative carriers polyols (HbPLT1, HbPLT2). Then the physiological and molecular characterization of these fine carriers allowed the demonstration of the potential role of complementary and HbSUT1B, HbHXT1et HbPLT2 in the production of latex, and HbSUT1B HbHXT1 be involved in the regulation of the latex regeneration, while HbPLT2 intervene in the control of the flow. These three genes are proposed as potential molecular markers production.
