Le Travail à temps partagé, entre forme particulière de transformation du travail et outil d'introduction de la GRH dans les PME

Abstract : Appeared in France in the '80s, the job sharing experience a regular development, since it concerns about legal frameworks all together, one and half million people, or 6% of the workforce. It is primarily aimed at SMEs, which account for 60% of jobs in the national territory. There is nevertheless the subject of that rare academic work (this is the first thesis on the subject). Moreover, recent decades have also corresponded to major transformation work, which particularly affected SMEs. Finally, in these, the Human Resources function, most often provided by the leader, is generally undeveloped. This thesis aims to show how the job-sharing corresponds both to a particular form of transformation of work in SMEs, and a means to develop effective human resources management in them. For this, it explores various facets of HR (recruitment, competency management, career), but also other aspects of company operations (Information Technology and Communication, interpersonal relations, governance, entrepreneurship) .
