Approche mécano-probabiliste système en conception pour la fiabilité. Application au développement de systèmes mécaniques de l'automobile

Abstract : A framework is proposed for assessing and enhancing the reliability of mechanical systems at different stages of their design process. A multi-discipline viewpoint is adopted to develop an approach based on an evolutive system representation that benefit from comprehensive probabilistic and physical modeling of the failure scenarios. System without physics reliability interpretations and physical without system reliability representations are unified to build original physical and system reliability models. Several evaluation strategies are developed. Based on original shortcut polynomial chaos and FORM/SORM analyses, they yield traditional reliability measures. They also participate in the definition of chains of importance factors that detail the weight of each failure scenario and associated parameters with respect to the considered failure modes. Design optimisation for reliability is then partially ensured by this particular reliability analysis.
