Une méthodologie de modélisation par processus multiples et incrémentiels : application pour l'évaluation des performances de la Supply Chain

Abstract : Literature study shows that Supply Chain (SC) aid decision tools does not take into account financial flow evaluation. Our works propose a multi disciplinary approach in order to evaluate SC physical and financial flows. A modelling methodology, which uses multiple and incremental processes, and a software modelling environment are proposed in order to evaluate SC physical and financial flows. Performance evaluation is done thanks to a generic decisional model which combines costing management approaches with operational research models (Discrete event simulation and Optimization models are used and coupled). The implementation of these models on a real supply chain is done thanks to software suites that are called Advanced Budgeting and Scheduling (ABS), which constitutes, thanks to financial flow integration an evolution in SC software. Two ABS are done: one for a company SC, the other one for a Hospital Supply Chain.
