DE LA MODELISATION NUMERIQUE DES PROCEDES ET DU SOUDAGE EN PARTICULIER AU COMPORTEMENT MECANIQUE DES ASSEMBLAGES

Abstract : Nowadays the numerical simulation of welding can solve the control of the process by predicting the residual state of the structure. So, one of the specific goal of this PhD work is to draw up a review of the supply of the simulation of processes, namely welding in the industrial context, as well as to help understand the involved phenomena and to implement appropriated numeric modelling tools to reach the expected objectives. As any map in the scale 1 is useless and unexploitable, we will not propose a unique and complex real physical model but rather a set of phenomenological approaches, based on the understanding of physical phenomena and that will allow, by the reduction of the problem from justified hypotheses, reaching the expectations of manufacturers. What is the interest to build up a model as complex as its object?
