Amélioration du comportement cinématique des machines outils UGV. Application au calcul des trajets d'évidement de poches

Abstract : These works deal with the integration of the pockets manufacturing process in CAD/CAM systems. The goal is to propose tool paths which don't disturb the behaviour of the HSM machine tool and which minimize the machining time. Two fundamental axes are studied. The first axis treats modelling of the mechanical behaviour of the tool and the kinematics behaviour of the machine using the calculation of the tool feedrate law according to the geometry of the path. These models make it possible to extract geometrical rules of computation related to the evolution of the curvature and the continuity of paths. Thenn the second axis relates to the geometrical adaptation of computation methods to these rules to control the radial depth of cut and feedrate of the tool. Lastlay, a method of C2 continuous interpolation is proposed. Various appliccation make it possible to validate the benefits brought and the applicability of the approach to industrial parts.
