Durabilité des assemblages collés du génie civil : effets du vieillissement hygrothermique aux échelles micro- et macroscopiques.

Abstract : The durability of the bonded assemblies of the civil engineering is dealt through two complementary approaches at both the micro and the macroscales. The interfacial zone cement paste/ epoxy adhesive bond is defined by thermical micro-analysis (µTA) and electronic microscopy, that has permit to reveal the existence of an interphasis polymer and a transition zone. Further, the effect of the hygrothermical ageing is translated by the plasticization of the epoxy network in the short term and by a recovery of the reticulation process in the longer term. The mechanical resistance of the bonded assemblies is then studied by a cleavage test. Before ageing, the rupture of the bonded assemblies is generally cohesive in the cementitious support. The hygrothermical ageing causes a weakening of the interface and moves the cracking place toward the transition zone.
