Contribution au développement et à l'étude de facteurs d'importance fiabilistes pour les systèmes markoviens

Abstract : Reliability importance measures provide useful insight in system performance (reliability, availability, maintainability, global production capacity, ...). They constitute an efficient tool to support decision-making in reliability studies, risk analysis, maintenance optimization, system exploitation or design. Most of reliability importance measures have been primarily defined in the framework of reliability boolean models and under their classic form (and to the current methods of assessment), these measures can be used for systems with binary and independent components, and for a "static" structure a priori defined. However, the use of these importance measures in the decision-marking process for real systems often requires the consideration of more realistic assumptions. This thesis proposes a new reliability importance measure, the "multi-directional sensitivity", which allows the evaluation of the reliability importance of a component or a group of components for a markovian system with dependent components and more generally the reliability importance of any characteristic feature of the system. The thesis also develops efficient evaluation procedures for this new importance measure both by analytical calculation and estimation from a single sample path observation using perturbation analysis techniques. The extension and use of classical importance measures for systems with dependent components in a markovian framework are also investigated.
