Modélisation, caractérisation, dimensionnement de jeux de barres

Abstract : The design of busbar requires to develop models and software, which are spécifie to electrical area, and compatible with existing sizing methods. The main useful features during a design process are: current flowing in each conductor and features diïéttly linked to current like dissipated power (joule losses). The other researched features require thè knowledge of current. Thèse last are: magnetic induction and electrodynamics efforts. In a first time, usual approach is leaded to obtain spécifie model which can be used in sizing environment. This approach allows to show theoretical and practical difficulties encountered with thèse methods. In a second time, the proposed method to compute electrical current is presented and validated with help of expérience and simulation (Finite Elément Method). When current is known, it is possible to présent methods used to evaluate magnetic induction and electrodynamics efforts. Then thèse calculus are validated with a comparison between finite élément simulation and the proposed approach. Finally the design methodology is detailed and two optimizations carried out on a real case allow to vaîidate it.
