Abstract : A lot of people who live with a loss of autonomy, related to ageing or disease, benefit from the daily support of some of their relatives in order to perform their day-to-day duties. The care these family caregivers are providing to their ailing relative is essential. The society starts to become aware of the burden of the family caregivers these last years and asks for answers to help them. Social support appears as a relevant solution in this context in order to develop places where caregivers can share their experience and find a sympathetic hearing to their problems. Our research project is interested in these questions and offers to provide online services dedicated to social support for family caregivers. In order to design such services, we have developed an interdisciplinary design framework based on the idea of translation in order to integrate different results and analysis from the field of social sciences and humanities. Thus, we designed Aloa-aidants.fr in cooperation with colleagues' psychologist, sociologist, conversational analysts and the healthcare network RéGéMA. This thesis deals with this design research.
