Abstract : The research (thesis work) concerning the implementation of a distributed maintenance in the manufacturing systems. Our problem has focused on a maintenance system for a system of network companies with multiple production sites. These sites are scattered in a geographic area with large distances between sites. A repair faulty parts requires specific resources located in a central workshop. The work of thesis relates to the implementation of a step of maintenance workshops design and dimensioning of the resources in a distributed context. We can lay out these notes: 1. The central maintenance workshop which deals with repairs of the faulty equipment is called AdM Central. 2. The mobile maintenance workshop which carries out preventive maintenance actions on several geographically distributed sites is called AdM. 3. A group of sites of production. For a given budget, the objective is to propose a methodology for sizing the shared resources (spare parts and maintenance operators), to propose an inspection policy adapted to mobile workshop and to schedule the maintenance tasks. We propose, in this context of distributed maintenance, methodology to minimize the cost function. From the state of multi-site structure, a modular approach to modeling and analysis is proposed. The network of maintenance workshops is modeled by a form of generalized and internal synchronized stochastic Petri nets (RdPSGSyI). Through the calculation of optimal routes, the step evaluation of costs is done by simulation models developed using the Stateflow toolbox of Matlab. Random failure of a production site is taken into account.
