L'embauche, une histoire de relations ? Réseaux et dispositifs au cœur du marché de l'emploi

Abstract : Employment is a meeting between an employer and a employee and is the junction point of both previous trajectories. It's a particular relation that is embedded in other personal relations but also circles, organizations, resources and in a socio - economic context that changes it and that could be change by it. Here the question is to understand how employees and employers join themselves, how they decide to work together, how people find a job, how employers find employees. Since Mark Granovetter, the importance of relations in the access to the information on vacancies is well known, such as the interest of a sociological eye on this object. The research deals with the way the hiring is built, the way the relations of both parties intervene, or the intermediary, the mediation's resources, and how the different ways used for employment go together. This research is based on a mixed method, qualitative and quantitative, named quantified narrations method. It's in keeping in network sociology, and in particular, relational chains.
