Contribution à la Conception et Assistance au Prototypage de Systèmes Intégrés sur Silicium (CAPsis). Application à l'interrupteur automatique VD-MOSFET

Abstract : The monolithic integration of auxiliary functions within a power silicon switch can simplify its implementation, suppress connections and therefore reliability this component. The design of such power components is carried out through various stages: modeling, sizing, creation masks, manufacturing and testing. In academia context, these steps are often currently performed without assistance for the designer. So they can be critical and lead to errors not allowing the operating of the device. We propose to study the establishment of a platform for the Design and Prototyping Assistance of Silicon Integrated System (CAPsis). We begin by defining what the architecture platform is. Then we present how to assist the designer during the modeling steps used for its simulation during design. Then we present the method chosen to aid the designer to creat the masks of a device. Finally we illustrate the implementation of all this with the creation of an automatic switch VD-MSOFET.
