Procedures d'agregation ordinale de preferences avec points de reference pour l'aide a la decision

Abstract : The work detailled on this thesis is about the study of preference aggregation models using reference points. In decision theory, numerous axiomatic results show the theorical and practical difficulties due to the aggregation of preference relations which are partially in conflict. Impossibility theorems explain not only the difficulties to build purely ordinal methods in multicriteria decision aiding, but also the difficulties to obtain purely qualitative models in decision under uncertainty. We propose here to compare the alternatives not directly but through their respectives qualities from the point of view of several reference points. We study the descriptive and prescriptive potential of these models, the properties of the associated aggregation rules, and we propose representation theorems in order to caracterize the preference relations which are representable by such models in multicriteria decision theory or decision under uncertainy. We finish with a few application exemples.
